As retained consultants we undertake the full RIBA scope of services for several Registered Social Landlords from inception to completion. Depending on the scale of the project, the first stage is to master plan the layout of the site to accommodate the required mix of house types and conclude the site layout in accordance with Housing Corporation Scheme Development Standards.
Each dwelling unit is designed in accordance with the Eco Homes Assessment Process which will now be incorporated into the Code For Sustainable Homes for residential schemes. We have also worked with RSL's under Design and Build contracts with well known local and national contractors.
