Demolition of an existing double fronted hotel building overlooking Porthmeor Beach and the town Harbour in St Ives and erection of 9 high class apartments. RLT provided full project management comprising cost control, programme management and supply chain management in addition to architectural services that included planning, building regulation approval and construction drawings.
