Development at Pinewood Polzeath

Construction of 14 open market high class dwellings and 6 affordable units in a highly fashionable area of Polzeath on a former hotel site set within a cliff cutting.

RLT are lead consultant and client project manager on this £5m development for London Cornwall Property Partners.

The project has been procured on a negotitated basis using a JCT Standard Form of Contract for a 60 week duration period, with local contractor Gynn Construction.
