Gara Rock Development Salcombe

Design, master planning and project management of a £12m exclusive development on a former hotel site overlooking a stunning section of South Devon coastline. The scheme comprises 5 individual cottages, 12 apartments, 'rotunda penthouse' and exclusive boutique hotel with leisure facilities.
External works included retaining design, 'secret spa', landscaped gardens/lawns and external swimming pool with changing facilities. Future phases for the project included concept designs for a sunken 'Lookout Cafe' and improvement of access to National Trust footpaths.
