New Head Office & Factory Space

Design, construction and project management of a new bespoke head office and production unit on Bodmin Business Park undertaken by a private developer for local company Caterlink. The scheme attracted EU Convergence funding and was designed to BREEAM Excellent using a Management Contracting Form of Procurement.
